Alfonso and Isabel Guzman of Carrboro have opened a new grocery store, Tienda don Poncho, while their taco truck, Captain Poncho’s Tacos, is undergoing renovations.According to the 2010 census, there are no Hispanic-owned restaurants in Carrboro.
