The Orange County Main Library will host a Halloween event for teens on Monday from 5 to 6 p.m. in the Meeting Room.
The evening will be a celebration of the mysterious life of Edgar Allen Poe, including candy, games, classic short horror movies and a chance to perform a dramatic reading of Poe’s ghostly writings.
Halloween costumes or gothic attire is encouraged. Prizes will be awarded for the eeriest Poe reading, best costume and the winner of the spooky spirit photography contest.
