		<description>Clinical Nurse Specialists in psychiatric/mental health nursing are excellent providers of psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and medication management.  And yet, the state of NC does not allow CNSs to practice within the full scope of their ability and training.  They could well be a part of the solution to NC&#039;s problems with mental health care!</description>
