BRMA workshop

The Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools Blue Ribbon Mentor Advocate will hold a workshop, “Education as a Family Goal,” on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. in the cafeteria at Smith Middle School.

The workshop will cover such topics as how to help children with school assignments, how to set goals for the future and how to help children apply for college and financial aid, and will be given in both Spanish and English.

Child care will be provided.
