News brief: OWASA road closures

OWASA began water main work on Tuesday that will affect traffic on part of North Columbia Street, Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and North Street for two to three weeks.
Crews will work from 9 a.m. till about 4 p.m. on weekdays. During those work hours, OWASA will close some travel lanes on North Columbia Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Part of North Street will be closed during the latter part of the project.
