It is time again for the Carrboro Film Festival to call for submissions from the filmmakers fortunate enough to pass through Orange County. There is a $15 fee for submissions and the deadline is August 29. The late deadline is September 22 and late submissions are charged a $30 fee. The filmmaker must have been in Orange County at least once and the films must be shorter than 20 minutes. The festival will be held Nov. 23 at the Carrboro Century Center.
