Tracy Weeks, director of instructional technology and media for Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools, served on a panel of experts during the PointSmart.ClickSafe.Summit on Children’s Online Safety and Literacy in Washington D.C. this week.
Weeks and other panel members discussed their best practices in balancing concerns regarding inappropriate or unsafe Internet use by children while taking advantage of opportunities the Internet provides to further student learning.
