East Chapel Hill High School forensic coach William Warren recently earned a first diamond from the National Forensic League.

Coaches in the league receive one-tenth of the points earned by their students, and coaches who receive 1,500 points earn first diamonds.

Warren will be recognized at the Lincoln Financial Group/NFL National Tournament in Las Vegas, June 15-20. The National Forensic League is aimed at encouraging and motivating high school students to participate in and become proficient in public speaking and interpretation.
