Civic Club awards scholarship

Settle Womble of the Carrboro Civic Club awarded a 0 scholarship to East Chapel Hill High senior Shen Chen for his outstanding volunteer work. His service work includes Habitat for Humanity, coaching Special Olympics and YMCA sports teams, volunteering at the Veterans Affairs Hospital and more.
