Several Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools students recently competed in the United Nations Contest, sponsored by the West Triangle Chapter of the United Nations Association.

First place went to a team from East Chapel Hill High School for their project entitled “United Nations Peace Keeping Reform.” Team members include Jason Elangbam, Jun Hong, Alexander Loyal and Joshua Loyal.

Second place went to Jiyoon Lee of Chapel Hill High School for her project “Silent Tragedy.”
