School Brief: Book battlers

The Phillips Middle School Battle of the Books team finished second in the Piedmont area regional tournament on April 18 at Randolph Community College in Asheboro.

Fourteen area teams competed in the tournament. The team from Winston-Salem/Forsyth finished 10 points ahead of the Phillips team.
