The Saxapahaw Rivermill Farmers’ Market and Music Series will launch on Saturday in Saxapahaw on the banks of the Haw River.

Saturdays in Saxapahaw features musical performances, a farmers’ market, face painting, children’s arts and crafts and a kid’s parade. The Haw River Rounders will perform on Saturday. The festival runs from 5 to 8 p.m. every Saturday through the end of August. Admission is free, and donations are appreciated.
