It’s the time of year when musical students come together to show what they can do. Chapel Hill-Carrboro school concerts coming up:

•  The Carrboro High School Orchestra and Chorus Concert will be held on Sunday at 3 p.m. at Culbreth Middle School. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for students and free for Carrboro High students.

•  The Elementary Choral Festival Concert will be held March 4 at 12:45 p.m. in Hanes Theater at Chapel Hill High School.

• The Chapel Hill High School Choral Program will present its Festival Concert on March 6 at 7:30 p.m. at Chapel Hill High. Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for students under 18

•  The Chapel Hill High School Tiger Band will present “Speakeasy,” the 12th annual Jazz Dance, featuring the award-winning Tiger Jazz Ensemble, on March 8 at 7 p.m. at Chapel Hill High. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students in advance and $15 for adults and $7 for students at the door. For information, call 933-4726.
