As a mother of two teenage boys I’d like for other parents to remember that good kids do bad things. It’s not a reflection on their parents or their enviroment in most cases. These boys are young enough to focus on a successful future, if they choose. I’ve personally known one of the boys for years and I’m shocked at his behavior but I also feel sure he’ll turn his life around and become a decent adult. I hope the courts will be firm but fair given their ages.
