don’t paint over it! it’s beautiful! at least let me get some pictures first!
Absolutely gang tagging should be painted over immediately; the police know this. Otherwise more gangs and more more conflicts follow.
Artistic expression by non-gangs (regulated participation) can/should be given its own space…but that is a separate issue.
I don’t see any gang tagging in the pictures shown.
