Land & Table Brief: Eno hikes
Posted by The Editor on November 19th, 2007 filed in Flora, NatureEno River State Park will host a few upcoming hikes to help you work off Thanksgiving dinner.On Saturday, Nov. 17 at 11 a.m., a ranger will lead a hike on the brand-new Occoneechee Mountain Loop Trail.
On Saturday, Nov. 24 at 10 a.m., a park ranger will lead a hike to Bobbitt Hole, one of the more beautiful spots in the park. Round trip is 2.5 miles.
On Sunday, Nov. 25 at 2 p.m., hike on and off the trail while learning the history of Cabe’s Mill. Tour the homestead, cemetery and mill.
